Premium Dealer Services was created by Dale Rowland of Tuscaloosa, AL. and was designed to help all automotive dealerships, large or small, maximize their growth potential in the F&I Department. Dale has 24 years experience in dealing with F&I and dealerships personnel within the service department. His desire to extend exemplary service to all who do business with him is unmatched and well documented. Dale spent many years in the automotive parts business prior to representing F&I Dealer Products and his ability to help service departments solve service and claims problems is invaluable.
